You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might.
And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart.
You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.
You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes.
You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.

Extreme Makeover Home Edition
This is kind of cool....
Extreme Make Over Home Edition is in my home town....Toledo Ohio.
http://abclocal.go.com/wtvg/story?section=resources/traffic&id=6370425
But the really cool part is the family that is getting the new house is an adoptive family-with 11 children, 8 adopted, 5 of those from Haiti.
One of Bob's friends from back home called us and said he was doing some of the construction on this project. And lots of our friends are watching. The production crew has also decided to collect donations for Haiti....
Wow.

Very cool! Praise God they are collecting donations.
ReplyDeletehow great is that! sure wish they'd drop by my house, too! I could definitely use an extreme home makeover!
ReplyDeleteI jsut saw your comment on Haitian Angels Yahoo group and thought I'd stop by and say "hi."
ReplyDeleteWhat a nice change- to hear something positive for once. All hope is not lost!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see the episode. I love those 'reveals' or unveilings. I hear from people back home that it is a bit of a madhouse in the area.....it always amazes me-they can tear down, build, decorate & landscape an entire home in 1 week!!
ReplyDeleteIt can be done. All things are possible.
I have often said that I need my own pit crew, also. less than 30 seconds, full tank of gas, new tires, whatever. Last time I needed tires, I had to wait 3 days. Go figure.
Not important stuff-but funny thoughts I have, nonetheless!
It's a strange place, inside my head! lol
