You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might.
And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart.
You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.
You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes.
You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.

Adoption is not easy....

Please pray for these families. I cannot disagree more with the sentiment that adoption is the 'easy' way to have a family or add to your family. Sometimes, people are just clueless. This is not easy. No way, no how.

At any rate, your prayers are needed. In a big way. Please pray for these family and the children. It seems as if adoptions are under attack. Prayer is our weapon for fighting back. It is VITALLY important. Lives depend on it. So please, PRAY.

  1. Adoptions are under attack. Tonight, I learned from a friend that a little girl who is friends with their daughter at an orphanage in Haiti was picked up by her mentally unstable birth mother. Needless to say, the adoptive mother is beside herself and despondent. The birth mother is mentally unstable and abuses drugs. She revoked the adoptive families rights and has taken five months to come to the orphanage to pick up her daughter.

So much bad news right now. I hope everyone who reads this will not only pray but ask their churches to pray too.
