You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might.
And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart.
You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.
You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes.
You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.

God is soooo good....

Just a quick note to say....God is good-kind-loving-caring-generous.....

I've had a heck of a week, I'm exhausted. Lots of work, which is a good thing, but it's taking a physical and emotional toll.

I'm busy. Really Really Busy. Like so busy, I forgot to do something that I said I would do. That is not like me. Distracted. Forgetful. Ugh. (so sorry Michelle)

Lots of negativity and discouragement swirling around. Falling behind-unable to keep up the pace. This is Thursday....dragged myself home from the office......feeling worn out and down.....

And......

Then.......

I received a CD of pictures of the boys (and me) from another adoptive family that was on the December trip with me. (Thanks Lara and Tom)

AND.....

I got to see a lot of pictures of the kids, including our boys online from an adoptive dad that just returned from Haiti.....(Thanks Tim and Sarah).

AND......

I got videos of the boys to, via email from the December trip from Lara.

God is so good. His timing is perfect.

I can keep going....and get through another day, another week even.

I can keep going.

Thank you!

(this is all on top of the pics and cards I rec'd on Valentine's day. thanks Stacey)

It really has been a GREAT mail week.

Thank you all.

I am going to savor these precious gifts, and I will share some as I have more time and energy.

  2. Yes it is truly wonderful. And just what I needed it, when I needed it. It's giving me the extra boost I needed, this week in particular.

    hugs to you, Stephanie :-)
